Updates galore!

Hey everyone! We have been busy busy this past month. Organizing and problem solving and working towards making CoMo Girls Rock camp as awesome as it should be!
Here is just some of what we’ve been doing.

– We got stickers made! As you can see below they are super cute and super sticky. We will be passing them out and leaving them at local businesses but if we miss you and you’d like one for your laptop (or forehead) or other space just contact us and we’ll make sure you get some.

– We are working on obtaining non-profit status. This includes filling out lots of paperwork and making a super serious budget for future grant writing. Yay!

– Our most pressing responsibility right now is getting this awesome zine out! If you or anyone you know wants to write a piece, the deadline is Wednesday, August 15th. There is more information, including a questionnaire, in the previous post.
Also, we are having a get-together on August 12th to work on our zone submissions together! Learn more on the Facebook page.

Thanks so much for your interest. We couldn’t do this without your support! Check back soon for more information as we gear up for some really amazing events!

Stay awesome, and keep rocking!
-Luci, Amanda, and Leola
